Voluntary Action Center is still seeking sponsors for its 26th annual Christmas Program. Over 1,148 low-income Boone County families and individuals signed up for the program and sponsors are still needed. Santas can choose any size family to sponsor and are asked to provide the making of a holiday meal and at least one new gift for each child up to age 18, elderly individuals and disabled individuals. If you are interested in becoming a Santa this season, contact VAC at (573) 874-2273.
