Come enjoy a delicious meal and help a great cause! VAC has partnered with Hemingway's Wine and Bistro for a week of Dine and Donate. During the week of August 16-22, Hemingway's will donate $3 of every entree ordered to the Voluntary Action Center. Simply let your server know if you wish to support VAC when you place your order.

It's back to school time! Voluntary Action Center is teaming up with several other local area agencies and businesses to sponsor the Back-to-School Health Fair on Saturday, August 15 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Calvary Baptist Church. Children in grades K-12 can attend and receive a free backpack with school supplies while supplies last. The fair will also feature complimentary dental, asthma and vision screenings for kids, hair cuts for kids, refreshments and more! Donations can be dropped off at the VAC office or at the collection boxes at Wal-Mart.
