VAC still needs to find Christmas sponsors for 230 families before Thanksgiving!
Over 1,185 low-income Boone County families and individuals have signed up for VAC's 25th annual Christmas Program this year. We are seeking area businesses, churches, civic groups, families and individuals to sponsor these families in need of help for Christmas.
Santas can choose any family size to sponsor, and are asked to provide the makings of a holiday meal and at least one new gift for each child, elderly individual and disabled individual. VAC will match sponsors with a family or individual and will provide information and gift ideas. Santas can do the shopping themselves or send a donation, which VAC will convert into gift certificates.
